Zen House Community Microgrant Program
ZEN HOUSE MICROGRANT
A Community Investment for Women Who Care, Create, and Heal
Welcome to the Zen House Microgrant Program — a sacred offering designed to uplift women who are building wellness-centered, community-rooted, and soul-led businesses. As we move deeper into a world that desperately needs compassion, integrity, and culturally grounded care,
Zen House is committed to investing in the women who carry these gifts.
This microgrant is born from the belief that powerful things happen when women receive support at the right moment. Sometimes a little funding opens the door for a new service, a certification, a needed piece of equipment, or simply the confidence to take the next step. Zen House honors the mothers, the healers, the caregivers, the creatives, and the entrepreneurs whose work strengthens families, preserves culture, and restores dignity in our communities.
This program is our way of saying:
We see you. We believe in you. We support the work you are birthing into the world.
THE PURPOSE
The Zen House Microgrant exists to support women who are building:
• Wellness businesses
• Caregiving or senior support services
• Holistic or culturally informed health practices
• Art therapy, creative healing, or community enrichment work
• Small home-based service businesses that uplift families
• Spiritual wellness, intuitive coaching, or mind-body practices
• Community-focused ventures serving elders, women, or marginalized groups
This microgrant is for the woman who is creating something meaningful and just needs a small push of financial support to move forward.
WHO THIS IS FOR
This microgrant is open to:
• Women 18+
• Emerging or early-stage entrepreneurs
• Those offering wellness, caregiving, arts, spiritual, or community services
• U.S. residents (national, not restricted to Arizona)
• Sole proprietors, LLC owners, nonprofit founders, or aspiring business owners
We welcome women of all backgrounds, but we especially uplift women of color, single mothers, caregivers, and those whose businesses are rooted in culture, community, and healing.

HOW IT WORKS

• Alignment with wellness/caregiving values
• Feasibility of your plan
• Authenticity of your story
• Demonstrated need
A scoring rubric is used for every application to ensure fairness.

There is a $15 nonrefundable application fee.
This fee helps sustain the program and allows Zen House to continue awarding microgrants to the community. It covers:
